Mine is a uniquely different experience than most. A couple of years back, I was desperately seeking to upgrade my domestic living situation. I came to The Hodge Apartments with guarded expectations.

Ms. Arrington put me at ease as we strategized a way for my transition from where I was... to the much more preferable Hodge. I can remember the scented candle in her office giving me a sense of ease and tranquility.

Unfortunately, it wasn't to be despite our best efforts. I am in an ideal place now. I'll never forget her warm professionalism.

Keisha is Amazing! She's a shining star. This company needs to reward her and do whatever to keep her on their team. I didn't qualify because I made a little to much and was extremely disappointed because this was the ideal place for me to live. I saw her interactions with tenants, which she knew all by name. No matter what the issue was she handled it in a positive way with a smile. Keisha also took extra steps to assist me in checking other options that I may qualify for.

Since moving in to Hodge in November of 2020, I would just like to say that Ms Banks is most definitely the most professional person on your site. She is quick to make sure that anything I need is taken care of right away with a smile! She’s very good at what she does and is a delight. I look forward to seeing her on her scheduled days here even if it’s nothing more than to say hello. It’s a joy to live here! The cleanliness of the building is excellent, and everyone on the team is kind.

The Assistant Leasing Manager, LaKeshia, was very friendly and helpful when I visited. She led me on an interesting tour and showed me the amenities. She also shared availability information and pricing, which was VERY reasonable with the 55+ subsidy. I'm impressed, and I look forward to living at the Hodge. Great neighborhood, too!

Nice building in a great location - made even better by the care and attention of the staff. LaKeshia Arrington in particular is a prize. She is professional and detail oriented but also very warm and personable. I've seen the way she interacts with and looks after residents - 10/10

1490 7th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. Ms. Arrington gave me a tour of the building, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and an awesome listener. She was truly amazing!!!!
