Sunday night 8/15 worst DJ ever. Like complete garbage. Like ppl pose to vibe with the DJ, no I felt like I disliked the dj and I don't even know him. And ladies, heels is not the choice of shoes to wear there. If you do where heels NEED chucky kind.

They charge an automatic 20% service charge/gratuity on all bills. This is not a problem, but when my bill came I had a question about it and Bartender just kept saying “that’s what the computer prints out” instead of explaining that the gratuity was already included. This was deceptive because many people tipped additionally not knowing that they had already tipped when their card was charged. There was no signage like other places & that should’ve been transparent.

We also asked the same bartender if we could get a table (not a section) if we bought hookah & food and she told us that we could only get a table if we bought a bottle… This was wrong there are many people there who had tables from just buying hookah service during the day. They’re shady.

To the owner’s response: 1) Thanks, but this was at 7:45 pm, prior to the time you transition to table service. A manager assisted us in purchasing hookah, letting us know the previous info from the bartender was incorrect and that the table switches at nighttime, at 10 pm.

2) We ordered at the bar, so we were never presented an actual menu or saw signs at the bar about the charge. I looked for them. The bartender didn’t present a itemized receipt, just the “customer copy” and “restaurant copy” receipt after charging the card… this is where the confusion came. I asked for a receipt & she said she couldn’t print it. I looked at another person’s receipt to clarify the total and only then saw the service charge.

Not able to pay the bill because lights were very low. When I turned on my flashlight on my phone, they yelled at me. They said I can’t turn it on. So idk what to do lol

Not to be confused with the speakeasy, the Lounge was upstairs. I would vote for a different uniform for the staff? I am probably not their target audience, so maybe leotards are a thing? I don’t think the decor is on purpose? Certainly not memorable?

Nice older atmosphere. Positive Vibe Good drinks and customer service. Food on deck too.

They let us use the bathroom after the one we went to wouldn't let us bathroom. Lifesaver !
