DiveCatalog are absolutely fantastic!! I have ordered two "open box" items from them now, both arrived clearly brand new and at a significant discount. Furthermore, I placed a last minute order for a wetsuit for an upcoming trip early one Saturday morning knowing they were closed on the weekend. Understanding I was on a short timeline, they managed to get the suit shipped out on Saturday with it arriving in plenty of time for my trip. Absolutely outstanding customer service!! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

Awful customer service. Ordered something from here through Amazon. Got charged and never received the item. When I called Dive Catalog, Emily said there was nothing they could do about it, and insisted that I call Amazon. Umm..how about you, the seller, call Amazon to figure out what's going on instead of putting the burden on the customer?

I informed her that I had already spent 30 min talking with Amazon who informed me that Dive Catalog was the bottleneck b/c they had not shipped the item yet even though they had charged me.

Seems scammy to me. Cancelling my order and doing a charge back. Please avoid this place.

My new "go to" online shop for scuba gear. I bought the new Scubapro Supernovas from them and they answered all my questions online with the chat feature. It took only 3 days from the moment I ordered and for the find to arrive. It was well packaged and the fins are awesome. Their service is on point and their prices (with coupons) are very good for some hard to find products.

Ordered a drysuit online from this shop and I was super nervous because I wasn't sure it would fit. Emily from the shop went above and beyond to make sure I got the drysuit that fit the best and I am so very thankful for that. Just finished up diving with it and it fits great and works well. This dive shop was just so amazing in helping me and their customer service is out of this world!
