I spent 2 awesome years at this accommodation. I had a really pleasant stay and loved every minute of it. The rooms are super nice and for a reasonable price, people at the service desk and the security were always super helpful and the common facilities such as the study room is a great addition too. Last but not least, the gym in the area (although not the biggest one) is also very nice. I had doubts about the distance from the centre and yeah, it is not that close but considering how bad the Amsterdam housing situation is, I wouldn't wait a minute and try to apply asap. Thanks OurDomain ! You are truly doing a great job.

If you are a student don't bother waiting to get a place here, these people will lie on the phone to tell you they have availability when in reality they don't. You better off getting a place at the fizz or canvas. They even have residence subletting their studios for a lot of money. but off course they don't care. all over Kamernet.

You see how they didn’t mention the fact people are subletting their rooms tells you a lot

Lived here for roughly 3 years. The studio is very modern and you have many community events in OurDomain 🙂

The staff from the service and security desks are easy to talk to and always there with a smile.

Special thanks to Anastassija who did my final checkup and gave me some advice for furniture in my new apartment!!

When walking in it looks like a neat hotel lobby. Very friendly staff who's always willing to help you out with something when needed. The studio is clean and has everything I need.

A few weeks ago we booked a tour at OurDomain South East and met with Lee Moerman who showed us around. We were very impressed with the accommodation, the facilities and services. OurDomain immediately felt very warm, welcoming, clean and safe. With the current housing situation, our daughter was having a hard time finding a suitable self-contained studio in Amsterdam.
Lee was very kind, friendly, positive and helpful. He helped us to set up a profile, made sure all the necessary documents were uploaded and he guided us through the entire application process. Truly amazing service, he went above and beyond for us. We’re very grateful Lee supported our daughter and was able to secure an apartment for her. He did an amazing job reassuring us and helped us through every step of the leasing process.

We also met with Luuk at the Service Desk when we had some questions regarding the online portal. He was very attentive and helpful as well.
We’re very happy with the level of service and our experience with OurDomain has been very positive so far. Our daughter is excited to move in soon and is looking forward to become a part of the community.

Dear potential customers,

Be wary!
OD will treat you horribly once they have you in their claws. They will rob you of your already hefty deposit by charging you unreasonable amounts as well as charging you illegally for issues that fall under “wear and tear”. They will refuse to justify the amounts and will under no circumstances give you receipts as they are legally supposed to. For obvious reasons.

Roeline and Mazumba I would like to hold accountable by name for their very unprofessional and vulgar behavior. Terrible people make terrible employees.

I have found someone else had signed (under duress) in my name for the check out document which I have never given permission nor seen, and for which they refuse to remedy. And there apparently is nothing you can do unless you get a lawyer.

They reply here acting all caring asking you to come in to help you yet when you do they basically tell you to “kcuf” off.

They have the audacity to threaten with even higher charges or refuse to altogether give you your deposit if you ask for legal counsel. It’s all for show guys. I know Amsterdam is terrible with housing but try and avoid this mess at all cost. And if you cannot, be warned of what’s to come.

I have lived here for 3 years. In this time, we have faced hidden or double fees ( which when requested they didnt have anything to show), ignoring emails, ignorant staff who refuse to cooperate and help, and personal is very ‘persuading’. they claimed me and my exhave a ‘security record’ but when u say ill come with a laywer, suddenly there is nothing? The rooms are just big enough, and the location might be ‘amsterdam’ but it will take you 30+mins by public transport.
Also, they give different prices for repairs and afterwards u find out they keep the tax hidden. If this is how you want to live, go ahead, but im glad i moved out and chose a different rental company.
