If only I could rate with a hundred stars! From my first phone call to Affordable Senior Care through today, this agency and its caregivers have been beyond anything we could have asked for. Colleen and Melissa are two of the most professional, kind, compassionate and capable people I’ve ever worked with. They immediately understood our situation and were so reassuring, calm and positive. They understood our needs even more than we did. They brought in a live in caregiver for my mom. We were nervous, but hopeful. That caregiver will be part of our family forever. She took care of my mom (and sometimes the rest of us too!) with such skill, dedication, tenderness and love! And my mom loved her!! We will be forever grateful to Affordable and their team. Truly, they are incredible and the absolute best!!

9 months ago, it became evident my elderly father needed assistance with everyday chores. Being out of state without local knowledge, I was fortunate enough to find Affordable. From the initial phone call, to the meet and greet with my "reluctant" Dad (who had very specific concerns) to the eventual pairing of his caregiver--I knew I had found the right company. As my fathers needs changed, they were able to adjust schedules to insure my Dad would remain with the aide he had grown to love and could not live without--sometimes on very short notice. When his health deteriorated, they were there for him when I could not be; from ambulance trips, hospital visits and hand holding at hospice in his final days. His caregiver went above and beyond anything I could have imagined--all without asking. They cared for my Dad as he was a member of their own family.
I am not one to write reviews-however I want ensure families in my situation the peace of mind knowing their family members are in the best of care when they choose affordable. If I could give them 10 stars I would (and I am sure my Dad would also).
