Home Instead was like family during the process of my brother’s illness and passing. The Home Instead group (Maribel, Kim and Heather) were simply fabulous. Never, did they say no to anything. It was always, how can I help, we have you covered and how are you. The Home Instead caretakers were lovely, capable, sweet and caring. I truly don’t have one complaint, they were my lifeline. Home Instead has come under new ownership, and they are awful. They double-billed us at the start of last month in April, so over $10k was withdrawn from our account. After much back and forth ending with me cancelling services completely, they finally returned half of it, but have yet to return the other half. On April 6th, I was told a check would be sent in the remaining amount. It is now a month later and they are lying about my bank refusing a deposit refund for the amount still owed. On top of that, the owner tried to tell me I owed them around $200 for services rendered despite the fact that they still owe me over $4k!

Home Instead has been an excellent management company in the care of my wife. They have set up and take care of all the financial dealings with my long term health company. The care giver they furnished us to is extremely careing and very prompt. We feel very blessed with all our care. We believe that Home Instead is a very good choice for anyone’s care needs.

I saw how one of Home instead’s caregiver attended to a friends dad so wonderfully. The dad was very happy with her services. This is why I contacted Home instead to help with my mom. The meeting was very professional and the assessment very thorough. We were very pleased with Home insteads professionalism and how they were genuinely concerned with providing the right person for my mom. I am grateful for their staff.
