Lawn doctor just came by To treat my neighbors lawn. As stated by a previous reviewer, I am assuming that they notified the customer that they would be Coming for service today.

The technician opted to park in front of my home and Place his ramp on my freshly sodded lawn with a bag of seeds. I’m assuming to complete the work next door.
When I saw this, I took a photo first then I went outside and remove the ramp from the freshly laid sod and the bag of seed.

I waited for the technician to complete his task And asked him if he noticed that the lawn Next to the one he just treated had sod laid down. He did NOT answer my question. I then stated to him that it would’ve been better option to move his car forward my neighbors driveway. (There were no cars parked in the driveway) So that he could put his ramp down and place his bag seed there so he would not impact the neighbors around him. He never made eye contact. He did apologize and said he was leaving now. I thought to myself if lawn. Dr. is trying to gain my business,, this tech did not make a Positive impact on me. I’m waiting for a callback now. Horrible Service recently. I have been using Lawn Doctor for quite some time here in Middlesex County, but this year I had a dreadful experience.

Techs are very inexperienced and ill-informed. The tech is telling me that it is my responsibility to fertilize the lawn. Incorrect, my services include all weed control and fertilization.

I understand dead grass could be a result of heat stress and numerous factors, but I am also convinced their inexperienced workers don't know what they are doing. Still doesn't explain why my lawn is full of various weeds.

This will be the last season I will use Lawn Doctor, time to switch to another company.

Lawn Doctor has come to our house multiple times - putting down grass seed, fertilizer and chemicals to kill grubs. There has been a big improvement. The staff is prompt, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Four months ago, I reached out to Doctor Lawn's office for a quote on backyard services. Despite my hesitation due to negative reviews, their representative offered me a complimentary first-time service to showcase their quality of work, with no obligation to continue unless I was satisfied.

However, the briefness of the service—barely two minutes for a substantial area of over 2,500 sq ft—prompted me to decide against further services from them. Despite this, I was billed $103 for what was supposed to be a free trial. When I contested the charge, reminding them of their initial offer, they denied the existence of such a promotion and proceeded to send the bill to collections.

This experience has shown me that the company may not be as trustworthy as one would hope, and I caution others to be wary when engaging with them.

Excellent service. I had never used a lawn service before. To put it bluntly my lawn was a mess, an embarrassment. I contacted lawn doctor and they advised me that although I missed power seeding season, they could start treatment. By late summer, the lawn was better but far from stellar. On Sept 6 I had the lawn power seeded. I watered it per the instructions. I have never had a more verdant lawn. It is full and looks amazing. If you follow the instructions you will get results. I did some prep as well removing as much crabgrass as I could. I believe the treatments and power seeding brought back my front lawn. The price is very reasonable and the results are fantastic.

Lawn Doctor of Somerset has been maintaining my lawn for over 3 years. I used to have a different lawn care prior to them. Ever since I switched to Lawn Doctor my lawn is lush and weed free. They text you the previous day to let you know that they will be coming. The technicians are polite and respectful of your property. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor of Somerset you will not be disappointed!

I started my service with Lawn Doctor just a month and a half ago, and in that little time, I have seen such a vast improvement. My lawn has never been so green and lush and full. The weeds are almost non-existent. I can't wait to see the results after a full year of service! The workers are always pleasant and willing to answer any questions I have.

I have never used a service such as this before. I noticed my neighbor used Lawn Doctor and her lawn looked great. I called and set up a program with Lawn Doctor and noticed a difference in my lawn within weeks. They notify when they will be coming and the the info on the technician. I am very satisfied with Lawn Doctor. I would do this myself with the Scott’s program. This service costs about the same as buying the lawn treatments and I don’t have to lug the bags or do the work! Highly recommend Lawn Doctor!
