My parents live here and they love it. I'm happy that they're in such a nice facility. The place is well kept up and clean. It's a very quiet and peaceful community. The apartments are comfortably sized and easy to get around in. The floors are all laminate and the counters are a beautiful granite. The pool is kept up and there's a nice little exercise room. There are a lot of activities planned through out the month, as well. Only downside is that there's a long waiting list to get in and eligibility is restricted by income and age.

Visited a co-worker today and I have to say that I was in LOVE. Her unit is BEAUTIFUL and it's exactly what I have been searching for. I love everything about it. The cabinets, countertop, bedroom size, I LOVED EVERYTHING about it. Can't wait to become a tenant.❤❤❤❤❤

I have a relative who has lived here for at least 10 years. They treat their tenants like actual humans. Such a wonderful place for the elderly that don't require care in a nursing home. Very safe and very nice complex!

Well this is a place for the seniors. But they make them pay to change air filters, and if they have washers and dryers and they go out they make the tenant pay to replace the part. If they change a light bulb they charge these older people. Now these 55 to 90's will have to stand on a chair or stool to change the lights or batterys for fire alarms to save money Because of all their charging the seniors. And they even told them that in them in the Sumner out is not a emergency to fix it. Really how can theses people that own these seniors apts are suppose tho be helping them is not that why it is called a senior villa. Maybe goverment agents for the old people need to get these senior apts. A check list and check them out. And for a fact if head agents come thrue to check the place the tenents are told to KEEP THERE MOUTH SHUT.

A friend of mine lives at Brazis Senior Villas and she says it's the best place ever to live at.And from what I've seen whenever I go visit her, it's a beautiful place. Well maintained.

Apartments have roaches... apartment management refuses to treat for them. And wants to charge residents. This is a HUD funded property it is illegal to charge for anything.
Everyone living there needs to call CODE ENFORCEMENT AND REPORT TO THE STATE AND FEDS

I called re: the income based rent prices and was told those prices were not available and would not be honored in the near future. Very disappointed to find out the only apt available was $805/month.They should not advertise what they can't offer.
