This place is set up like a plantation,
All residents are white, the majority of employees are not American and they are all messy!!
I got attacked while working there, by a employee, and they never did anything to her.
1 of the charge nurses atheist, so I personally wouldn't trust her with my relative life. Other Nurses don't respond to falls quickly, they laugh at some residents and don't care about them.
Overnight crew, let residents stay wet during the night and then change them at 5am.
They feed them pie with mold in it. They allow employees to spread COVID by making them walk through halls when residents are positive.
The med techs give the Assisted living residents medicine 1st then, dementia residents last.
Dementia residents need they meds 1st.!
The caregivers be lying about the residents behaviors, just to make the nurses give them meds. Which eventually harms them. Smh.
1 caregiver dropped a resident on the floor and never got in trouble.
I met 3 different managers, while I was there, so that tells you that people are RUNNING AWAY from this place!!!
This place is designed to kill the residents.
Housekeeping is LAZY.. I've never seen them clean the break room.. I wonder if that dead roach 🪳 still laying down by refrigerator & lockers.. it was there for like 6 months before I quit. They don't clean up puke or poop. They make caregivers do it. Which is pointless, if you have housekeeping.
Lmao because some of these positive comments are from employees lying about how great this place is. They only posted it to win a $10 gift card!!

I am a nurse that visits facilities all over Houston and this facility is by far one of the best in Houston. Facility is beautifully designed and decorated. It is always clean. Staff is easily approachable and helpful. The Nurse Director is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a try love and calling for assisted living. He is responsive to residents families and vendors. Residents are always on the go and engaged. If I needed placement for a loved one this would definitely be one of my top choices!

Belmont is a good care center for all types of residents. They have activities, music, exercises, brain stimulating exercises to engage the residents all day. I really love the atmosphere in that place. Caring, loving, and compassionate caregivers, administration staff and staff from Josephine kitchen. Staff on the third floor second shift are very mean, rude, and careless toward those poor residents with impaired memory. Please checked those girls on camera you will see that they know what they are doing. They have a group and their leader is very mean. She likes to pretend but she is not nice to those people. If you want to keep a good reputation, clear out those girls on the second shift 3 rd floor.

These people abuse the Individuals!!! I've visited a friend's family member recently and during the visit I witnessed patients being threatened, talked to in an aggressive manner, shaken physically, and even pushed while seated in a wheelchair. I feel like this place is unfit to service people of any capacity, they should be shut down immediately!!! The staff is absolutely horrible to the patients/Individuals living in the facility. Something needs to happen here immediately!!!

My family member is incontinent and was not being taken to bathroom or changed at all during the day. My family member was also left up in his wheel chair all night and was never put to bed. Sat in a wet diaper all day and all night - soaked through - urine all over the floor of his room. A caregiver covered his face with a weighted blanket and laid on top of him. Camera footage doesn't lie.

I went to visit my husband, who is a resident on the second floor, in memory care. I took him downstairs because there was entertainment. I don’t know the name of the entertainer, because she was filling in for the scheduled singer. It was a very nice way for us to “get away” for a while from his usual Day room where he spends most of his time.

Also, a member of the staff made sure we had a comfortable place to sit. We had come downstairs after the entertainment started, so it was very nice not to have to look for a place to squeeze into, possibly interrupting another’s enjoyment.

Very nice facility with great staff. I work for a private ambulance company and am in and out of senior living facilities all day long. This is by far one of the better facilities that I have been to. I am very happy that we chose Belmont for my dad. The facility is always clean, the food is great, and the care is top notch. Thank you Belmont for taking care of my family.

WOW! What a fun evening at Denim and Diamonds. Everyone (at least at our table) had an absolutely unabashed blast, food was delicious, surprise went great and enjoyed the music so much. Thanks so much for putting this together. My brother in law, who flew in from out of town, was blown away at everyone and everything about the Belmont, was expecting an obligatory good time, and had a GREAT time. I even found out that mom is actually a good dancer. It filled my heart.
