After touring Countryside, WOW, is what I can say! I was very impressed as a placement agent! First and foremost, the residents look very happy and active. The rooms were extremely large, the community was very clean, smelled great, it has such a wonderful down home feeling as soon as you walk through the door. Ashlee did a remarkable job showing us around and she was extremely knowledgeable, in fact, we already have a tour set up! I can not wait to make Countryside a new forever home for my families!

wow, what a beautiful place! it feels just like home in a country setting. it smells clean, the staff are so friendly, and the director is so kind and knowledgable! the residents are always busy doing something, their food is great, and i can't say enough great things!!! 10/10 would leave my parents in their care!

Countryside Senior Living and Memory Care of Spring is a lovely and comfortable home for your loved ones who have transitioned from living alone and needing a bit more assistance, or as an alternative to living with other family members. It is a smaller community of 14-16 residents with three meals provided daily. The staff works around the clock to check on it's residents often with reminders to come to meals and other activities provided such as games and other special events. The manager, Sandy Pope, is very helpful in providing each family with all the necessary tools and information to give our loved one the best of care. The medical staff is meticulous at providing the very best in assuring each resident receives the proper medications or any other needs as they may arise. We are fortunate to have found this assisted living for my mother. It is hidden away in Spring and I wouldn't have known about it if it weren't for a recommendation from a chaplain who visits many assisted living and nursing homes in the area. She felt this place would be perfect for my mother. Mom is happy there considering she had to give up her home. She has had the opportunity to meet other people there and I think it has given her a new zest in life. It is just the right size for her to be able to get around on her own. The larger places available in the area would be difficult for her to maneuver. I want to encourage her to walk with her walker as long as possible, and Countryside is the perfect place for her to be able to do this.

Since the new management took over, my mom's experience at this memory care facility has significantly improved. The staff is attentive, communicates regularly about her needs, and keeps me updated on her well-being. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s in good hands.

The facility itself has a welcoming, "home-like" environment with an open-concept living space, dining area, and kitchen. The smaller number of residents allows for more individual attention, and there are daily activities that keep everyone engaged and active, which is great for my mom.

The change in ownership has truly been a game-changer. A year ago, I wouldn’t have recommended this place, but now, I’d absolutely encourage anyone to consider it for their loved one. The care, environment, and personal attention have made all the difference.

After having issues and concerns with my father’s medical care at his previous assisted living facility, I feel so very thankful that we happened to drive by Countryside while on the way to tour another facility. Sandy and her staff have truly been a blessing to our family. The extra care and attention to his declining health is very much appreciated as we have worked together with his doctors to develop a plan for his care these last several months and going forward.

Countryside is by FAR my favorite facility. As a Hospice RN who sees patients at many facilities none can compare to the care my patients receive at countryside. What makes the biggest difference is the communication from Sandy Pope and Shanika Bray. They are always available when care issues arise and partner with me in getting patients needs addressed timely and appropriately. Mitzi, the Activity director is top notch and so creative with group activities. Most importantly, regardless of title, all of them are happy to help assist with patient needs, provide critical updates, and genuinely care about each resident. So appreciated.
