If you care about your relative, don’t put them in thee! Very little respect given to residents. The men don’t even bother to knock when entering a female resident’s room. Not required to do so. They just barge in at any time.

Been meaning to write this for years but held off in hopes of improvements being made. This is one if the most disgraceful, disgusting organizations and should be shut down for negligence of not only the seniors but the staff as well. Horrible so called human being in charge of our most precious groups, seniors. Delaying medications, keeping OLD meds and giving expired ones to seniors. Leaving them soiled due to underpaid super stresses staff. The corporate office is SO INCREDIBLY IMCOMPETENT and borderline SADISTIC in their treatment of their staff and no I'm not a former employee, I'm a frequent visitor an avid notetaker of the failures in this facility. I reached out, left voice-mails, sent emails to no avail they just do not care aboutmaking the necessary changes . This place is a money grab, possible avoid sending your loved ones to this horrendous facility, no matter the location.

This facility is amazing. I work with the staff medication aides and I am always impressed with their knowledge and friendliness. They know the residents they care for and work effortlessly to meet their needs. The facility itself is very clean and well taken care of. The food always looks and smells amazing! And the leadership is very present and involved in the day to day out on the floor. The nurses are kind and attentive to not just residents but partners like myself. I am in facilities all over Texas and this facility is one I would entrust to care for my own loved ones.

Great facilities! Great food! Great staff! Memory program is helping my dad. My dad enjoys the field trips. My 93 yo DAD LOVES living at Belmont.

I like Belmont- West U because of its convenient inside the loop location near the medical center and VA hospital. Everything my dad needs us nearby.

My Uncle has been a resident at the Belmont for the past year and a half. We were very blessed to have had the help of all of the staff to make his transition from the hospital to the Belmont seamless. As I live and work in Dallas, many of the details had to be taken care of by phone or email. It was a great comfort to know that they were there to help in any way possible.

He is doing much better now, and I attribute a part of this to the Belmont staff. It is a great relief to know that he has all of his meals prepared. (He says the food is quite good!) He enjoys the company of other residents and occasionally joins in the community activities they provide. He is provided with transportation to any doctor visits, his laundry is done, and his room is the perfect size for him.

Living in a different city, all of these things mean the world to me. The few times that there has been a problem, they get in touch immediately There is no business that hasn't experienced challenges in the past couple of years. The Belmont continues to make improvements and changes for the better and that's what counts. I look forward to my next trip to visit him as they treat family members very well!

Today Rodney Rasberry played. So much fun. The residents love it. Smiles everywhere. Marcus and JP took care of everyone. Brit made sure the event was a success and then they took the residents on a scenic tour. Just a fabulous place

The is a lovely assisted living facility. The food is wonderful and the rooms are very accommodating. I was impressed by the activities provided. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. Thank you Angie and Lexie.

Very unhappy with the care being given to my mother who is living in Belmont’s memory care unit. She has a wound on her back that is not being covered after she is showered. Communication and follow up among care staff is a problem here.
