Early Dec2024 Visited the center with my aunt and was delighted to see a thriving and bustling senior community very much engaged in multiple activities which gives a holistic experience to its members.

The staff were very open and sociable as well as eager to answer questions. The place is modern and well maintained and has numerous amenities.

Great facility. Been couple years been to this Ctr. since the Pandemic. Attended the Seniors Facial Art Work Opening Exhibition Reception. It was amazing how the staffs set up wished if it could been more spacious and more roomy for some seniors to get around with their walkers/scooter etc.. for preventing any bumping or tripping etc. I guess rooms was limited or used up for other facilities events. Do hope if their next 2025 Seniors Facial Art Work Exhibition will be in a more spacious room if possible.

It has a nice cafeteria with good food. The staff are friendly. The receptionist is helpful and patient. They have great programs/outings but unfortunately pricy, seniors don't have the money to afford it. It's a beautiful centre, cozy and inviting.

An airy facility with big windows and nice views. I’ve had positive and less than positive experiences. Specifically, I’ve found front desk staff minimally helpful. They could be friendlier. The music in the Seniors Centre could be calmer and more age-appropriate, based on other Seniors Centres I’ve visited. I attended 2 fitness classes. The instructors were knowledgeable about fitness, but not about group management so everyone can see the instructor or about meeting diverse needs. Generally, the most capable seniors were accommodated, with less capable seniors rubbing knees from discomfort or pain and eventually not attending class. The facility has potential, but one has to be prepared to shop around for a class that meets one’s exercise needs and abilities. Parking can be hard to find, depending on time of day.

I went to this new senior center and asked whether I need membership for the program on Feb 24 around 2pm. The Chinese female receptionist is extremely unfriendly and didn't bother to talk to me for only less than 15 seconds. No eye contact at all, only focus on the computer when she answered less than 20 words. They need to have someone who is more patient with the seniors.

I am happy to share with you my fantastic experience at Ballroom Dance Class Level 1. The new instructor, Candy, is kind, helpful & insightful. I shall join again with my partner if the class, with the same instructor, starts again. The Senior Centre needs at least six students to form a class. Please come to the Centre and have some fun & exercise with us.
