My husband Jeff and I could not have successfully cared for Lily from the USA without Bethcare. Not a day passed without us feeling fully informed about Lily’s condition and needs. The team’s use of FaceTime video calls and regular updates on her vitals provided us with immense reassurance and comfort during a challenging time.

Janis, in particular, was a true treasure—exceptionally capable, dedicated, and deeply understanding of the importance of communication for families like ours who were far away. Her guidance in securing the right home health equipment and navigating the CLSC protocols for end-of-life care was truly invaluable.

Thanks to Bethcare, we were able to honor Lily’s wish to spend her final moments at home, surrounded by family. For this, we are profoundly grateful.
