My Mom needed interim care between a long-term hospital stay and waiting to move into assisted living. I feel that the care she received was key to preventing post-discharge injury and also helping Mom regain confidence. The caregiver was excellent and the company itself was amazing in the initial consultation and response to our needs. Thank you so much for your help during this very vulnerable time for my Mom.

When I first contacted the company they were super quick to respond and get an assessment. I was relieved at the efficiency. After they got their deposit… all else went downhill. Care plan that was set up was not followed. We paid $40/hr for minimal care and we didn’t get the assistance we were promised. First caregiver sat for 90 min visiting with my mother. I didn’t hire a companion! The company was to email the family to inform us of her care provided, and that did not happen… likely due to the lack of care given! One caregiver even left during her shift to meet up with a random stranger to get her boyfriend’s phone from him. When concerns were brought up to the owner, she was very quick to defend the lack of care and unprofessionalism! If you’re looking for a company to rip you off, provide inept care, have unprofessional staff come and do nothing for your family member… then this is the company for you! I can’t express enough the poor service given by this company. Stay away!

Our family has been thrilled with the personalized extra private companion service provided for the last year for our elderly father who resides at the Kipnes Center for Veterans. The companions are qualified and caring - making each visit an engaging time.Our father particularly enjoyed the companion taking him around a nearby park - being out in nature is so good for physical and mental health . We look forward to being able to have the service again - once the COVID health restrictions change.

I reached out to Angels when I started to suffer from burnout looking after my mom -who has dementia-24/7 for 7 months. I also work 1/2 days remotely.
What an absolute godsend they have been!
I was able to get help with some funding for this through Blue Cross, so was able to have a whole day to myself! How incredibly rejuvenating! I was able to get out and have a date night, or just stay in our little suite and not have to think about my full time responsibilities for a whole day every week. Cianna feels like family, as she was able to quickly assess my mom and make her feel comfortable very quickly.
I highly recommend ( all of these) Angels if you require peace of mind and confidence that your loved one will be treated with respect, dignity and genuine care.

My experience of home care with Homecare by Angels- for my father was nothing short of excellent. The staff / caregiver was always concerned about Dad's needs and what they could do with him to bring a smile to his face. They cared about him and it showed. Dad looked forward to each visit.
Having these "angels" with him through the week gave my sisters and me peace of mind.
He had Alzheimer's and as it progressed they added dignity and quality of life during the last few years of his life. God bless them.

Senior Homecare by Angels is a great company with great staff. They have been there long term with many clients in homes and their own homes. They care about the client and the families of those clients and work closely to provide the best care. I've done work with them in the past and would gladly help again when I'm able to do so outside of my regular work. I DO recommend them anytime I can!
