My nana comes here for day program and she loves it. The staff are incredibly kind and caring towards not just the seniors- but their loved ones as well.
They make it easy for people like my family to drop off their loved one for the day, cause I know she’ll be in good hands. Thank you for everything you do!❤️

I read the review from daniel & quite honestly was ashamed at our city. After paying taxes over 60 years you would think a membership fee would be enough. Considering the guitar was probably donated by a seinor and many other items could be like cards, games ect.. That we accumulate over life often kids throw out when we pass. Why not send flyers into the community suggesting such an idea from the center! Value village doesn't donate anything to anyone it's a business & thats where so many things go, take note don't donate to them. Give to organizations like Community Centers! I got a response 🎉I was trying to help with a good idea to be investigated, though I think it fell on the wrong person a dead end. Also putting the word out to the community to possibly help lobby support ect...

Super teachers and prices, very convenient for me too. I usually find parking athough you can get a pass for the street too. I love the friendly staff. It's a great place to learn new skills and enjoy good company.

Caveat Emptor.
This isn't a Seniors Centre, it's a Wealthy Seniors Centre.
Purchasing a membership is only the beginning of purchasing.

We really NEED an Indigenous Friendship Centre centrally located like this Seniors Country Club is.

I've never been at odd's with what to do with my meager income.
OSCC has that covered.
One meal per day, there, for One month would be $268.50..
And how petty does the money pinching get, you may ask?
On Teusdays, for 2 hours if you pay Them $1.00 you're "allowed" to play guitar there..
A dollar so that I could entertain folks, honestly?
Here at home I can play all I wish..no fee's..
I didn't bother checking, but, they very likely have coin operated washroom facilities..

I just wanted a place to, perhaps, socialize..have a coffee...but,
No!
Anywhere folks....
OSCC is a business before it is a "service"..
I wish our local "services" would be honest and be very up front;
If you don't have cash, then, no service whatsoever exists..so, it's a service Business...not just a Service.

I will be returning my "membership" in protest.
Keep it!!
Shred it, or, try and sell it again sounds more the way things work, there..
I find the OSCC, a disgrace to modern Diverse, Equitous and Inclusive ideals, morality, goodness and purpose.
The 1950s are over, folks.
Leave it to Beaver is all re-runs, now.
Oshawa Seniors Country Club, is a far more Informative and Descriptive name for these places.

I am newly retired and have been taking courses at all the branches for years now. Each course has been professional, informative and enjoyable. Instructors understand and cater to the varied learning skills of the students. All staff at each center have gone above and beyond to address needs of instructors and members. I look forward to the new courses this spring.

I was informed at my class last week by the instructor that there will not be a class on September 30 because of reconciliation day..I hv not received any email or call to confirm. When I called the phone# was transferred to 3 different locations..still no verification..
