This location is working but the people who installed the chargers had their heads up their a——. Stations that could charge 2 cars at the same time were installed in the middle of a single parking spot. So 7 ccs turns into 4.

Yes. It is a paid lot. Signs outside say so. These reviews say so. Other than that, it’s five stars.

I honestly don’t mind the $1 per 20 min parking rate because it keeps these chargers less busy than others!

If you’re like me and have free charging on this network, you’re getting a full charge for $2. Almost every other charger I’ve been to is always full. I’ve never waited here or seen it full.

All of this said, keep note that Friday after 5PM and all of Saturday and Sunday are $11 flat rate. I found this out the hard way on a Friday evening. It is noted, but I wasn’t paying attention. That’s my fault and doesn’t change my score.

Anyway, I use this spot twice a week since I’m in the area. I hope this review doesn’t make it more crowded 😉

Chargers are great. Charged without a wait. It sucks that you gotta pay for parking as there are many other cheaper garages in the area (Delacey, Green St.) with Lvl 2 chargers available.

Good for a quick charge if you're going to be here 20-40min or less. It's $1 per 20min max of $11 so really use that to your advantage and don't charge here if your car can't accept the max charge because it won't be worth it.

The other thing that doesn't make sense to me is that they're Dual CCS chargers without enough spaces to accommodate the full compliment of cars. Whoever thought about this design needs a lesson in spatial design.

Attention: paid parking with no validation for those who are charging.
Location: third level of the parking structure.
Price for parking: they charge $1 per 20min but $11 flat rate on weekends.
Charges: 4 charges with 150kw limit.

Located on the 3rd level and marked with obvious green paint. Charger worked fine upon my first visit, but it's in a garage that costs $8. Totally fine if you're planning to park here anyway.

1) Even once you've followed nav instructions you can't tell that you've arrived because the chargers are on an upper floor in a parking structure that does not have a sign saying they're there.

2) You have to pay for entry to the parking garage to access the chargers. Hence you won't know whether there is a queue at the chargers themselves until you've paid the parking fee and driven up several floors.

3) When I visited late on a Sunday night the entry fee was $11.

There is nothing like parking at a charger that is not working or has a very slow speed, with no warning, and have someone else show up behind you and park at the last working charger, and you end up waiting for perhaps another hour or longer to charge. Charging your car should not require luck, which you need at EA stations.
