The Inn at Summit Trail is truly rejuvenating. A year ago, we crossed paths with Ellie and shared our desire to relocate Mom from Cleveland. Ellie's sweetness, kindness, and patience made the transition seamless. She's an extraordinary individual, and we feel fortunate to have met her. The facility itself is stunning, and the entire staff exudes warmth and kindness. Our experience here has been exceptional. My Mother has been living at the Inn at Summit Trail for 13 months now. She loves it,
and we as her family love it. ALL of the staff are caring, respectful, compassionate, and kind. They All pitch in wherever needed. They know the residents and are always greeting them by their name with a smile. The facility is beautiful, clean, and has much to offer. I wish I could name all of the staff members, but this list would be too long! All in all, a great place! If you are looking for assisted living for your loved one, I would highly recommend The Inn At Summit Trail ❣️

The room was adequate, though the bed was a bit on the small side. The nurses and the aids were very helpful, for the most part professional and nice. Food was good; the wait staff was outstanding. A shout-out to one lady in particular! My biggest issue with this facility is that the marketing director was not totally upfront with me as far as what the respite stay criteria was. They were VERY slow about getting my refund to me. Took almost 4 weeks after i left to get it to me. Because the director was not totally upfront with me on the requirements, i was charged for an extra day even though i did not bring my belongings to the facility until 4:30pm or so the day before my actual day of need. Because i had thought that i was going to need 2 weeks worth of stay, i had given them a check for the 2 weeks. So, when i left the finance person made sure she took extra $ to cover for the day that i thought was given to me. Lesson learned for me! Because of how my billing was handled, I cannot fully recommend this facility.

Food is horrible. There are NO activities in memory Care. The refrigerator and juice and sink have been broken forever. Staff have long nails, chewing gum, dismissive of residents and spend more time playing on their phones than doing anything with residents. Residents are never taken outside. It might look good but the residents are ignored. It is absolutely unacceptable! They should be ashamed of the lack of interest they take in their residents. They obviously don't care about their residents

This facility is amazing! As an active family member I can personally say the care for their residents, the staff and facility as a whole are top notch. The activities for the residents and family/resident activities are wonderful. No place like The Inn at Summit Trail!

Love the staff and this place mom has been here a little over a year and the staff have gone way above to make this place a home for our mother would highly recommend it!
