My mother-in-law was moved from another facility in 2023 to The Bristol, within a few months there was a tremendous change over in management. Thank goodness that happened. The Team that is now in place has a warm laid back approach caring for the residents. The Director Ed was thoughtful and intentional on picking the right individuals to form the foundation to springboard the mission of this community. Extremely friendly, open and transparent is the care provided to the residents. The facility is clean and welcoming with a ton of wonderful activities to keep your loved one engaged. The dining has its challenges meeting the appetite of all the residents. There are hits and misses but that is to be expected in a cafeteria designed menu. I highly recommend a tour and meet and greet with Ed and his Team. You will be pleasantly surprised when comparing over other facilities. We are happy knowing our Mom is surrounded by Love and Respect.

Management is awful all they care about is money. The director Ed does not even know the residents name or care when they pass away. They will let anyone reside at the Bristol regardless if you pass the physical exam or not. They are money hungry. Do not work there, they treat their staff poorly and will pick and choose whom to discipline. All of management are friends so they all lie and try to cover up things. They also are infested with roaches. They are everywhere.

My father has been living at the Bristol for a few months now. He has become comfortable in his new home and is happy here. I feel the leadership team here has helped our journey be an easier one. It pleases me to see him more social, making friends, and smiling.

We moved to The Bristol for a lifestyle change and we wish that we would have done it sooner. We feel like we are living in a 5 star hotel.
The staff and the residents have been terrific and treated us like family.

I can’t say anything about the quality of the facility. Their advertising practices however are disgusting. I have now received three flyers from them addressed to my mother (who doesn’t live at my address and never has). I find this practice disgusting and disingenuous. This means they dug through data to find people in a certain age range and then found their relatives so they could mail us a postcard to nudge us to put our loved ones in assisted living. It’s gross.

Update: Despite the establishment replying to this review saying they have removed us from their mailing list, I have continued to receive mail from them addressed to my mother AND have now started receiving mail from other establishments meaning they sold/shared our information. This place is disgusting.

Have visited a dear friend here frequently.both in unit and in public areas.
Facility very welcoming and always receptive to the needs of their residents .
Have met with the Executive Director about a possible concern and have been impressed by the prompt response and proactive approach.
