I've accompanied elders, before and after the "renovation" and prior to the new staff brought on. I've seen staff be curt, rude and dismissive to elders who visit the facility for services and information. Our elders and senior citizens sometimes like to chit chat and make conversation and staff could make effort to be kinder and gentler to the people they are there to serve. Also, why are seniors pulling heavy carts to their vehicles and loading and unloading food in the heat? Can't they receive assistance with respect? Sometimes disconnects happen and hoping these issues can be remedied.

Very thoughtful. I was looking for the library which moved to another location but the gentleman followed me to give me information on the pantry. Although I do not live in the area, I work at Rio Hondo College, so I will post the flyer for students in the area to use the Pantry and the resources there! Thanks.

This Agency is the most friendly, respectful, helpful, etc... I can go on & on. Whoever is in charge of running it need to educate other government funded agencies how a business is correctly ran. You will not regret visiting.
