Farce! This company is based in China. It is NOT black-owned as advertised. The products were subpar. I returned them and they accused me of sending back scraps of fabric. Why would i spend almost $30 in shipping it back to do that. I disputed it with Paypal & they returned my money. Also, they'll block you on social media if you leave any negative comments on them regarding their products or treatment of you as a consumer. Save your sanity & do your research.

Since they are not registered with the Better Business Bureau, I submitted an online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. My sister purchased 4 head wraps on March 24, paid extra for expedited shipping, and as of May 6 she still has not received her head wraps. AnewCrown continues to claim that her merchandise is "in route" and have not forwarded along the tracking information as my sister has requested. Eventually my sister asked a full refund to which they tried to side step the request by saying her package will arrive in 5-12 business days. My sister had to insist, AGAIN, for a refund but rather than return my sister's money they gave her a partial refund. This company is indeed a fraud.

I purchased 4 head bands from this company and only received 3. I love the items I received but the company has not responded to my correspondence about the 4th headband, nor have they credited my credit card back. Just ghosted me. Will NOT be buying from them again even though I like the products.

I placed order with them, I love the headbands but they over charged me and after days and days of not hearing from them they tell me they are sorry, but they cant refund the card they will send me gift card. As I read reviews later they have a big problem with communication and not doing the right thing when it comes to people, very disappointed will never buy from them again, thieves. Its principal at this point and ripping people off is not cool

I adore these head wraps! I get so many compliments when I wear them. I have placed 2 separate orders months apart and had no trouble. I love the keepsake satin bag packaging too.
