The attention to residents is really good in this place. Christina and Jesse work very hard, even late into the night, to keep this place running smoothly. That the residents have their correct medication and are attentive to any emergency of any of them is a very important objective in this place. I feel happy to have met wonderful people here, but above all I feel happy to see its residents smile and know that they are safe here.

Hallway always smelled of urine. Room was not properly cleaned. We sent money into a "resident fund". Money disappeared with no record of how it was used. Food was always cold and lacked variety and flavor. My family member's wallet with all of his identification and cell phone were stolen and never recovered. Facility is dark and dingy.

I wanted to take a moment to thank everyone at Angels Senior Living at Nothing Tampa(Shady Palms) for treating me like family and helping me through one of the darkest times of my life. Mr.Bennett, Jesse, Rob,Christina, and everyone has made me feel cared for and loved, and I so appreciate each and every one of you. A fam friend there two weeks had skin break down when she came from another facility she was not like that after raising cane found they transfered her back to former facility.its apparent to me they were not changing her enough.

The lady running the healthcare is dynamic! I watched her answer the phone, instruct her staff, fix a residents cell phone, look and greet who was coming in the door, all while helping me and I still felt as if I had her undivided attention! You can certainly tell she loves what she does, and especially her residents.
