I researched electric bikes and wanted a Snapcycle Storm and then looked at many sellers online. I read reviews about Bikecraze and decided to buy from them. I called the shop and experienced great communication, they answered questions about the bike and gave me an honest comparison between the storm and my second choice e bike. Very knowledgeable. I ordered over the phone, quickly received an email to pay online followed by the order conformation. I ordered my bike on a Saturday and it arrived the next Friday. Less than a week from purchase to delivered. I know that will not happen every time but I credit Bikecraze for attention to getting the order submitted quickly. The bike is perfect and the shop provided excellent customer service. In this day when exceptional service is rare, Bikecraze exceeds expectations. Bikecraze is a local bike shop for those who are close but for us who need use online shop, they are perfect. I will use them again without hesitation.

Went in to buy some Aventon Adventure electric bikes. Met with the owner Scott who was super nice and went over all of the details. They have a ton of e bikes there to check out and test ride. After looking at them online it was nice to see a lot options in person so I could find the bikes that would be best for me. Scott gave me a great deal and I was able to take one the same day and picked the second bike up a couple days later after he ordered it in for me. Highly recommended this bike shop.

Update, received the bike in Illinois, shipped quick, no major damages, box damage from shipping and scratched from carrier. But tracking and all was provided. Overall would recommend online orders for traditional style bikes

Posting 4 stars as this is just the beginning process. I read reviews on Bikecraze and was 50/50. Some had good experiences and some had bad. For the most part looked like traditional bikes had great reviews vs there e-bike sales. So I felt confident in purchasing the se savage. The website and check out was fairly simple and quick. Purchased on a Sunday 06/16/24, hoping to see it next week. Will update review once I have the bike in hand and can rate the shipping, customer service, and product

I visited this store to purchase my first e-bike. The staff members were incredibly kind and took the time to patiently explain anything I didn't grasp. They allowed me to test ride the bike before making a decision, which gave me firsthand experience with an e-bike. As a gesture of goodwill, they gifted me a bike lock and a water bottle stand. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience that exceeded my expectations.

I had been toying with the idea of getting a bike since covid-19 started and have been working remotely. Found this place on the web, close to my home. Went by and checked out the limited selection, on account of everything being sold rapidly these days. Fortunately they had a bike I liked in my size. Its a hybrid. I added kick stand and carrier plus a more comfortable seat. With accessories out the door $522 approx. Overall good fast, experience. Owners were good to work with and reasonable.

Not sure what the negative reviews are about here... I went to Bike Craze in Anaheim for the first time just to get some maintenance assistance. I was greeted by Chad. He listened to what I asked for, said he could tackle the task and have it done at a certain time, and he did. He also went out of his way to share knowledge on my bike and how to do things I want to learn about. I was greeted and treated like family here. Next time I buy an E-Bike, they've got my business. Next time I need installation or repair work on my current E-Bike, they've got my business. I recommend 100%. Chad is young, passionate, motivated, talented and extremely knowledge with E Bikes and you can tell. This is what you want when you're looking for assistance.

After reviewing bikecraze reviews I feel that I am fortunate to come out from the bike shop with just my throttle messed up took it in for rear brake adjustment looks like they got brake fluid all over my throttle didn’t clean it well brake fluid chewed up all the plastic on my throttle. That’s not the worst part these guys do live up to their reviews not one person took responsibility for this all I got was “I DONT KNOW, I DONT KNOW” ? from one business owner to another you have to learn from your mistakes you guys did a great job on my brakes I give you that but at what cost!
