Hamda is the best she is wonderful and perfect. She is so caring she does everything so exceptional. I love her and I would want to always have her. Noah is also fantastic and caring and I would always be happy to have him as a care partner. Robin is another exceptional care partner who does above and beyond and she is always someone I can count on and depend on for great care. Mimi and Jada are also two Exceptional care partners

The staff at Carriage Court Hilliard is excellent! They have been great with communicating about my father’s care plan for over a year, especially through the pandemic. The programming is great, and my dad is treated with respect and dignity. The directors are very involved in the everyday operations and easy to contact with questions or concerns, would recommend for anyone looking to transition their family member to senior living!

I had to transition my mom to assisted living this past March which is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.

I have nothing to say but good things about Carriage Court so far. Their entire staff is amazing. They treat my mom very well . I get more of a family feel from quite a few of them. They all deserve a pay raise!!

I'm said to see Sophie , Sarah and Mitch leave though.

8 months ago due to declining health issues of my mother my family and I faced the difficult decision of having to move both of my parents as soon as possible from independent senior living to assisted living. Both of my parents had very different health and personal care needs. Carriage Court and all of their employees have helped to make this difficult transition as good as possible. I have had interactions with almost every employee there and from day one I have not regretted my decision in picking Carriage Court of Hilliard.

Unfortunately, I lost my mother since we moved them in and I am very grateful for the staffs compassion, concern and care for myself, my family, and my father since that happened.

Things that I like the most about it are that every employee from the Executive Director, kitchen staff, aides, nurses, and receptionist all know every resident & their family members on a first name basis. I walk in and usually even before I ask I am informed of where I can find my father and how he is doing regardless of who the first person I see is. I can call, walk in, send an e-mail or a text and I usually have a response within minutes to any concern that I have. There have also been numerous times when I have felt like (especially with my mother) my parents level of care was very demanding and staff went out of their way to make sure they had what they needed.

Are there issues? Of course. As there will be with any facility involved with healthcare and residents of varying needs. Sometimes I had to bring things to their attention. However, my experience has been that when things happen they are addressed that same day to my satisfaction and I have always been brought in or informed of what is going on. Often, because I am not there all the time things were brought to my attention that I was not aware of by the nurses/aides that see them every day.

My father has short term memory issues and I never worry about his getting his medications, forgetting a meal, or overall health. Aides and other staff members have hunted him down when they don't see him for meals and make sure he is getting what he needs.

In the time he has been there they have gone through a big renovation and remodel. And, anyone who has ever had that done in their home knows how disruptive that can be. Things got a little crazy and busy at times but I never felt like my fathers care changed during that time. Sometimes events and meeting rooms got moved around but overall it was well thought out and the transition was as easy as possible with still maintaining as much of normalcy as can be expected.

Best of all, my father is happy. He has things (activities) to do and has made many new friends. He enjoys the food and the staff. He especially enjoys many of the outings, special guests, and events that go on daily. It is especially good to know that while I cannot be there every hour of everyday to take care of him he is in a place that does.

Was referred to Carriage Court by family friends when looking for a place to care for a close family member. The whole process from application to move-in was very smooth even under COVID-19 restrictions. During virtual visits the staff is able to share detailed knowledge of my family member's condition, current activities, and any pressing needs. It is evident that the staff appears to be deeply concerned about the welfare of their residents. I would highly recommend considering Carriage Court when looking for an assisted living facility to care for a loved one!

Since my friend Bill moved into Carriage Court in May 2017, his overall health has improved and he no longer feelings of loneliness and isolation. However, the facility is consistently understaffed, poorly trained and care provided is inconsistent at best. In the evenings, there are only two staff members in the entire facility. We have to be let in by staff after 7 pm as the doors are locked. We have routinely had to wait 10 minutes for someone to let Bill into the building.
