DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. We took a cat here to spay it, was told we would receive an update when the cat was ready to be picked up. We call back in about a day after no updates, was told by a young girl on the phone that our cat "was no longer in the shelter." When asked to elaborate, the young girl was completely unhelpful in tracking down our cat, had to speak to a manager by the name of Savannah who claimed the cat came in with a broken leg and had to be put down. This cat did not come in with a broken leg. We were asked why we were not informed of the cat's condition, and she could not give us an answer. This place is ill employed and I will be telling all of my family and friends not to be using this place. This place harmed our cat and then put it down and is not taking accountability. I'm extremely disappointed. What awful, evil people they have working here.

Place is a joke, they have no interest in doing the jobs they signed up for, following ordinaces or even complying with state law when it comes to animals and owners. we have been dealing with same dogs for years. YEARS! its not getting better, it is getting worse. And they can blame funds all they want, but they end up having plenty bonus money to pass out to employees and volunteers during xmas time. That info aside, This is just another form of evidence for me to show all of paths ive taken to get something done to no avail. 10 days is the length of time it should take to handle an animal issue. Here we are 4 years Later. this neighborhood was nice, clean and calm before 3 sept residents moved in on the same block. 3 houses that own dogs but dont own common courtesy. Thats where yall are supposed to step in and do 1 job. 1 job. how hard can it be to deliver a warning, 3 warnings? and then tickets Something got to give, someone has to be able to do their job.

They were super helpful when I found a kitten on the side of the road. Hooked me up with shots and flea medication and now the kitten has a forever home.

Don't go if you are in a situation where you have to surrender an animal unless you have the luxury of time. If we had that kind of time this facility would NOT be a choice.

I’d like to thank these folks for the services they provide. Today was a solemn one for me as I had to take my good fellow in after having him put to rest. I didn’t feel rushed or out of place doing so. I could feel they understood my pain. I’m looking forward to getting him back home once I get the call. I’m also thinking about adopting one from here in the near future as it looks to be a clean well operated facility. Thank you for your services!!

This dog cop that harasses me all the time and down talks me when I speak and tries to intimidate me I can tell he holds grudges and thinks of every possible citation to give we are not rich they do not care he called my dog to him so the dog can get off my property and take my dog these people are here to ruin lives my dog has never attacked anybody ever -thinking about a lawsuit

Litterally been over a week and the stray dogs are still a problem. If the city doesnt want to do anything about our saftey we will. There are children and other animals in the area and someone will gey hurt if something isnt done. Nobody has adequate fencing and since dogs cant be chained they leave yards and bite people. Ive been attavked once already and next time will produce a dead dog. We have a right to safety and as said before. IF YOU DONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT WE WILL.

Don’t care about dogs being aggressive or killing animals in the road, won’t do anything when you call. The lady who originally answers the phones makes excuses for why they have left a dead cat in the road since 10 am this morning, when asked to talk to someone else got met w “well they care, just not about cats”
