It is a calming place to get your medical needs. I had my blood works done and heart diagnostic tests. All the staff, from receptionist to the doctor are very friendly & efficient. I am impressed that all my basic labs & diagnostic tests were done before my first PCP visit in a week. Great medical center for us seniors. 🙂

Very pleasant experience as a new patient and happy with the diagnostic testing they run before your first visit with your choice physician. The staff is not only professional but warm and friendly. They seem to establish a relationship with the patients as noticed while in the waiting area to be seen. Dr. Bishop is detailed, personable, warm and took the time to discuss all the results while gathering more medical background. She is open to working with the patient as an individual and not the type of physician that applies a cookie cutter plan like many others do. The only thing that could be improved is the checking in process as usually a patient signs in, takes a sit and is called after wards. The model of this clinic has the front desk staff check you in on their computer. But that means I stood for some time waiting for the staff to finish tending to a patient / finishing a call. The personalized attention is a definite plus and makes Dedicated a class apart so based on that, I am keeping the rating at 5 stars as hopefully I will get used to the check in process. The emphasis on prevention is quite refreshing and this new patient is all about that. I. Would love to add a star due to them being basically a minute from my home but in reality that's on me! Google is not allowing editing for this review and any grammatical errors are a result of that*

I have always felt very confident with The Dedicated Senior Medical Center. My doctor, Aliahmad, is excellent and always gives me the time needed and explains everything to me. The nurses and the front staff are also very friendly & efficient. I love going to my appointments!

The doctor asked me questions about my health and made suggestions. She also recommended my doing a few things. My doctor seemed to have a real concern about my health needs. All the office staff are really good and effective. Sign up with Dedicated if you have the Medicare advantage plan they're really good!

I'm so happy to be with Dedicated Senior Winter Park office every one is so friendly I have a wonderful doctor and nurses ? they are all ways there when I need help ? and everyone cares about the patient as a person we are family. I love this place in all the Beautiful workers ❤️ ?

This place is horrible, if you are looking for a place for your loved one, don’t take them here. They treated my mom so bad. My mom is a senior but very strong, her mind is great and she needs no baby sitting. They also lied to her and told her she needs to take all of her meds with her every time she goes in, and that the plan required them to do that. My mom and me talk to her plan and they should not make people carry so many meds around. But they want to count every single one of them. Also the male nurse talked to her really rough and didn’t listened to her concerns. They are not great with the elderly.

I started out with a doctor there who I followed there from another center, but she left & I was assigned the doctor whom I have now! She has had some very difficult times in the recent six to nine months, and she really hasn't been what I expected from her medical care for me! So I'm at the point where I am going to investigate if I can find another doctor in the Dedicated Centers which I can feel that I'm their important person under their care! I'm sorry that I feel like this, but I only have myself to look after myself!
