Speaking with my grandmother that currently goes here, she said she used to really love this office and Dr. Dagli was the best doctor she has ever had. Now he's gone like alot of other doctors. Not sure what's going on right now and why all the doctors are leaving so quickly. You can only get an appointment with a nurse practitioner. The one she had was not very good. Didn't ask her questions about her health or how she felt after treatments she had recently. Seemed like all she wanted to do was small talk with her. She would really like to know where Dr. Dagli went to, and is not getting that information

My mother has been with them since they first opened. At first they were amazing. Got her in in a timely manner for urgent needs, called her for appointment reminders, made sure she had transportation, called her to checkup if they hadn't heard from her in a while, etc.

However, over the past few years she's had a couple doctors leave, at least one just completely disappeared without a word. I honestly can't remember the last time she's seen a doctor. She has been having a hard time with her glucose again and tried dozens of times to make appointments. At first they said that they were sorry for the mixup and that she was on a list to get reassigned to a new doctor after her last one disappeared. And then nothing. No one answers the phones. No one returns messages. She gave up.

Because of this she's been in a "hopeless" mood. She has no doctor, no therapist, and Everytime I try to get her in somewhere else, the new patient wait time made her even more depressed.

Now she is not in Columbus, needs to find a new doctor anyway so she has no choice but to wait, but in the meantime she is finally out of refills on all her meds. She's been out of her neuropathy pain meds for a while, out of her antidepressant, nearly out of her heart meds, on her last bottle of nitro, and just filled her last batch of insulin pens.

They just abandoned and ghosted a 64 yr old woman with multiple physical and mental health issues, leaving her to fend for herself. I can only help so much.

She absolutely loved that place so much. They didn't have everything they had advertised up and running yet because they just opened, but they were excited for what they had coming in the future and Mom was as well, since they were right near a bus stop, just down the street, and was going to have almost everything she needed under one roof. She'd only need to go elsewhere for her team of specialists.

Trying to get in for my first visit was frustrating as they changed the date close to the day I was supposed to go. The new day couldn’t be scheduled for several weeks. I had a lot going on then so this made the start a bit rough. But I finally did get my first visit with the doctor and I was very impressed!

I didn’t have to wait no more than 10 minutes to see my doctor Ms .Angel Primm, and the aides were concerned about my health and the whole team from the time I got there to the time I left every one was very respectful and accurate, Gloria !!!!!!!

Y I have no real problems with this doctor's offthere are things on this questionnaire that did not apply to them in a sense with my patient history so I answered as fairly as possible. I personally believe that pain management needs to be more Paid attention to. I don't know what standards or rules they're supposed to go towards that. But when somebody is hurting and pain is messing with them, then medication should be given. It should not always be frowned upon or like everybody is an attic.

If I could rate is 0 stars I would. They have almost let my grandma die twice because they give great medical advice of "don't go to the hospital". They sent someone out that said she should of never been sent out to her house she should of been in the ER. The change appointments without notice, don't call in her meds, don't send out her referrals and give her medicines she can't even take with her condition. She has said something multiple times and nothing changes. Someone need to be held accountable at this place. They say they will make sure it gets done but nothing ever does. Ridiculous..

I believe that the overall level of Healthcare is quite high. The practice of insisting on monthly appointments is, in my case, unnecessary and quite frankly, extremely annoying. They say that this practice is part of "their model" ...but I think the "one size fits all" approach to Healthcare isn't helpful in the big picture. All patients are individuals who have Healthcare issues that are specific to them.
