Had a wonderful experience with flowers on fourteenth that I just had to share!! Guy was so helpful in taking my order and let me just spat off what I wanted/didn’t want and it came out perfect!!! This bouquet was for my lifelong best friend who had just lost her grandfather and I wanted something bright and cheerful that would bring her joy when looking at them and that is exactly what happened. Thank you all so much for the wonderful customer service, the beautiful floral arrangement, and super speedy delivery (literally less than 2 hours from order placed to delivery at her door step). I will absolutely reorder from here again for her.

I had amazing experience with Flowers on 14th. I was looking for a local DC florist to patronize and found this shop online. I needed flowers sent to my best friend for her birthday and I needed them delivered the same day. I spoke with a very nice gentleman (I think Jose?), and he gave me the earliest delivery time available. The flower arrangement was GORGEOUS! My Bestie loved the flowers so much that posted pics all of her social media platforms. Thank you so much Flowers on 14th for helping to make her day so special.

We were incredibly disappointed with the service at Flowers on Fourteenth and the quality of flowers we received. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE.

We went to the shop to order flowers for an elopement ceremony. The first time we entered the shop, none of the employees could provide us with any assistance and had to drag the owner down our of a shop next door to come in to answer some of our questions. We returned a few days later to place an order and the employee who took our order wrote things down haphazardly and made many mistakes that we tried to correct on the spot.

When we came to pick up our flowers, they entirely forgot one of our orders (a corsage) and I had to argue with the employees for them to make us one on the spot (which they provided gratis). This employee also made racialized comments about me (“where are you really from?”) that made me uncomfortable. The bigger problem was the bridal bouquet, which we picked directly from their website. The bouquet, which was supposed to be surrounded in a wire nest, looked like they stuck some random bent paper clips in it (see photo). The bouquet was also much smaller than what was described on the website.

Like others, we submitted a request re: their quality guarantee but we have low hopes. The level of service and quality we received was unacceptable and we will be telling others to avoid the shop in the future.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter’s 21st birthday. When delivered, they looked nothing like the photo and many of the flowers were in sad shape. The vase was supposed to be clear glass, but instead was some ugly purple plastic. I tried emailing and left a message - with no reply from the company even though their website offers a guarantee. Avoid!! Not “Blissful” at all!

This order was a fail compared to others I have gotten from them. Ordered flowers for anniversary explained I wanted something big and tropical. What I got was a bunch of foliage with 6 flowers in a tiny plastic container that looked like it belonged on a casket. No elegance no romance just pure disappointment.

Ordered flowers for our new client's global event at the Darcy Hotel mostly due to the ?️‍?flag in the ad (we're not from DC) They arrived in the wrong vase ( and they had no apology when notified, could care less) and looked like this after 1 day. Terrible all around. So unimpressed. Next time we ll do our own from Whole Foods and save a fortune. I'd go elsewhere for flowers ###

Decent flowers at a great price. Ordered a florist’s choice bouquet for delivery a couple days in advance. When I called the shop the day before to discuss the delivery, someone answered right away and was very helpful. They delivered my fiancée a nice bouquet right on schedule. From reading the other reviews it sounds like they’ve had issues in the past, but my experience was very good!
