If you have the chance to take a tour of this lovely facility, I highly recommend it. The rooms are nicely appointed, the grounds are lovely, and the social areas are cozy and comfortable. The staff really care about their residents. If you follow social media, you can see the unique and fun events and outings that are offered. I especially love the classical concerts in the summer.

I toured this facility multiple times for a family member needing assisted care and memory care now. I wanted to move in myself! What a resort! Leah is exceptional and made me feel so comfortable!

My elderly mother has been a resident here for a little over a year, and I visit her almost every day. The staff are warm and friendly, and have obviously dealt with seniors in various physical and mental states; I feel like my Mom is safe and in good hands.
She had a fall recently, and I was contacted immediately, as were EMTs. Fortunately there was no serious problem, and I appreciated the professional way things were handled.
Mom's rooms are clean and she has been able to decorate them with family pictures and other familiar items.
She prefers to dine in her room, and she gets more than enough to eat. She also has her meds delivered by the staff which is good due to her short-term memory lapses.
All in all I feel like Kingston Bay is doing a good job.

My parents moved to a Kingston Bay a few months ago. Their experience has been a positive one. Their room is comfortable and bright. Their care has been good. The caregiver Breanna, has been a favorite. There is a good variety of food. The place is well maintained. From my point of view, communication, especially with Lai, Melissa, and Leah, has been excellent. They are all very responsive and helpful, and get things done in a timely manner.
My dad passed this week and I found all the staff to be very caring and helpful. They even sent a beautiful bouquet.
We have found the price point to be fair, specifically in comparison to other assisted living options locally. We are happy they made the move to Kingston Bay.

My Dad has been at Kingston Bay for over two years. This year 2022 I have seen a huge difference in the Memory Care facility side. In the past my dad was falling monthly, hitting his head, getting staples in his head from a terrible laceration, breaking his nose from falling, fracturing his knee from falling, etc. He made over 7 trips to the ER. I was close to pulling him out of Kingston Bay. My opinion was that there wasn't enough staff to watch all the residents AND maybe staff wasn't trained correctly either. This year we have seen a huge improvement in my dad's care. Thank God. The Med-Techs are awesome (always have been) and the CNRs are caring, helpful and friendly. The facility smells cleaner too and my Dad smells better too when we visit him. His room smells better also. I appreciate all the changes and hope they continue to stay positive. I know the staff has a very difficult job especially in memory care. I appreciate all that they do. Thank you for keeping my dad safe in our absence.

I've been touring several senior living facilities in Fresno in preparation for my mother who will need care. Usually the tours have been around 30 minutes each. The other day I took a tour at Kingston Bay with Leah Cota and I was very impressed how she took the time to listen to my needs. We must have talked for over and hour. The tour of the facility was quite nice and I will be signing up with Kingston Bay in the near future.

The staff and facilities are very good. My only hiccup has been that the system has my phone number associated with My mother’s name. Charmaine Fitzgerald is your resident. I am Catherine Fitzgerald, her daughter. Recently, her grandson visited and his name tag also printed with his grandmother’s name instead of his- despite using his own cell number to log in for the first time to visit her. The staff is aware and have not been able to fix it despite multiple attempts.

Also, my mom’s been waiting for nearly a month for her bedroom curtain rod to be installed.

Overall, a wonderful place with caring staff!

The staff here at Kingston Bay was able to take away my pain and make my worry's go away. I credit that to Li, Leah, and staff as they understand the importance of customer satisfaction, meeting the customer's needs and continue on making my mom feel right at home and comfortable. They do a fantastic job on managing her apartment, daily activities and needs. The quality of the food they offer is wonderful and fulfilling.
