I am only giving this store 5 stars because of the cashier MARY!! I love her, she NEVER has had an attitude even when it’s busy and the lines are backed up and she has to run everything herself. I have come into this Kohl’s numerous times to return things to Amazon and she takes them all back easy Peezy no problem very courteous She is beyond good at her job.

Love Kohls! Great deals with my Kohl's card and Kohls cash, great selection, and always friendly helpful service. Good staples- Nike, Adidas, Levi’s, standard brands for good prices for my sons’ clothes, good name and quality housewares/ bedding/ basics. I’ve always been pleased with my experience. Went here to make an Amazon return and it was taken care of very smoothly and no questios asked. I got a confirmation return receipt and it came with a coupon to save at Kohl's so I had to shop around store was clean, organized, and lots to shop for from jewelry, swimwear, sport shirts, slippers and many more, But everything was welled organized.

Store was messy. It was hard to find things in the store does not carry large selection of nothing. I was very disappointed. Has really changed. I used to love shopping there.

Sephora inside is convenient but the products I went to purchase were all sold out. The salesperson didn't say when they would restock either. The minis section were also scarse of products.
