I was very excited that finally someone did a job fair for people older than 50. I knew about it through The Pasadena Calendar of events. Which is always very helpful to find events in the area. Unfortunately and after driving a big distance to be there on time, 1 pm knowing that the fair was going to be close at 2. Big surprise to see that they decided it to close at 1. I was not really happy about that they play with my time.

Los Angeles Metro Transit organized a gathering for seniors to get a TAP card to use on Los Angeles area public transit. It was very well organized, the volunteers and Metro Staff were well-informed and accommodated the more than 60 seniors who showed up to take advantage of the occasion. It was the ideal location to hold such an event.

Im a caregiver for a 85 yr old woman that has lost her ability to enjoy anything but sleeping and eatting. After 5 yrs i about gave up. Then we signed up for the music classes and she looks forward to each monday class. Good classes excellent teachers. They have a hugh variety of classes and events. I needed help and received one on one attention. Love the people and the place. There can be abit of drama now and then but any place you have a group of people youll find drama. Thats part of the charm.
