I am grateful to Valerie Amador with Placement Helpers who helped me find a place for my husband. Valerie drove my daughter and me to many places and was very patient with us. She always provided more options whenever we needed. She was knowledgeable of all the places she took us, spent a lot of time with us and helped us as much as she could. Valerie was a lifesaver! She was the first person to actually give me information instead of just handing me pamphlets. I needed to find a place for my uncle on very short notice and Valerie came through in flying colors.
I am from out of country and not familiar with the system in California and really had no idea what places existed that would work for my uncle. She came in, give us options and the next morning toured me around 4 different places and by that afternoon my uncle was in a wonderful care facility.
