Sage park is such an amazing community filled with the most loving and caring staff that treat everyone with dignity, respect and love! Kerah is the activities director is always throwing the best events and activities keeping the residents involved in meaningful and purposeful activities. My cousin and I researched the greater Columbus area for the best possible facility for my 97 year old aunt, his mother. After an exhaustive search we decided to tour Sage Park and we both walked away feeling confident in their services. The entire staff from the Director, Tara to the care professionals the compassion, care, and overall support for our loved one was very reassuring and the interaction between the staff and my cousin and I was equally reassuring.

What can I say. Choosing a care facility for you loved one is not a task my family took lightly. When you hit the wall like we did and finally say the words "we need help". Sage Park has been that answer. The staff is great but where they excel is on the floor. Office help to anyone working the floor . We have been at Sage Park now 2 months. With every family member that visits calling out how caring and supportive the staff is for our loved one and the entire community. You can not sugar coat what the residents are going thru ALZ is horrible to put it kindly. The staff at Sage Park deals with this horrible disease like Superman/Superwoman. They are true hero's.

Sage Park was an answer to our prayers as my family and I sought a place for my aunt in her journey. The staff could not have been more caring and loving to her. They have been so intentional to have activities for the residents that will keep them active and interacting with others. Her room was lovely and the overall facility is welcoming and filled with caring people. Thank you all for all you do for our loved ones each and every day!

The staff at Sage Park is top-notch. They cared for my mother for 18 months as if she was one of their own family. Wonderful atmosphere and kind staff. Beautiful rooms and lots of activities, no matter where the residents are in their journey. Can't say enough good things about them.

You will not find a home for your loved that has a more caring and attentive staff. The facility is clean and very comforting, very homelike especially when compared to other facilities in the area. What really seems to set them apart though is the level of care, each resident is treated as family. Well done Sage Park!

I highly would NOT recommend this facility. Not to work for or I wouldn’t send a Deceased dog here. The turnover in employees is extremely high which says a lot about a nursing home & management. Very few aides care, most are there for a check. They are always short caregivers, the caregivers sleep at night on the clock when they should be actively watching & caring for the residents. Management is horrible, they can never keep anybody. They do not treat their employees well, payroll has always shortened checks and act as if you didn’t work those hrs when confronted. They hardly do activities with the residents. There was a time a resident has left the facility and the staff wasn’t aware of it until they were contacted. He was missing for days. I have witnessed families complain as well as staff members. These ppl are all for self. Attitudes are terrible, there are a very small few that actually cares. No one from management but their are a few genuine nurses and aides. I guess that comes w the nursing home business. Keep your options open… or make sure your on their behinds about your loved ones or your money if you work for them or plan to work for them.

An amazing care facility. I love the care and compassion from the staff. My husband is happy there and quite well. I highly recommend Sage Park for memory care.
