If I could give this place a 0 star I would. Since the new manager has taken over it has went to hell. She allows her tenants to assault other tenants without any consequences, allows other tenants small dogs to attack other people and other dogs without any consequences. She illegally charges for fees that she shouldn't be charging. When confronted on things she then retaliates on her tenants. She has raised rent without proper notice to her tenants just this year. These things have happened to several tenants in the past year which has then made a lot of tenants move out. She is a very disrespectful, non professional manager who is never in the office and never returns calls to her tenants. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one.

Overall Sanctuary is a decent place to stay. However maintenance is lackluster. Usually issues are taken care of in an allowable time frame. Rent is a tad high, but where isn't. They hold monthly community events that promote neighborhood friendliness.

My grandma loved here until she passed recently. They were so wonderful to her and accommodating. The manager helped when my grandma had fallen, he went to check on her and to be with her until someone could get there.

Cozy little two-bedroom one-bath apartments,,, they would be idea for older residents who need little assistance close to Walmart and restaurants off of 21st Street... A little dated but very clean units....
