We've had a wonderful experience working with Marcy at Senior Care Authority. We needed to find an assisted living facility for our aging and ailing father and Marcy was able to guide us to a number of quality facilities, taking us for tours and being our advocates. She was able to provide an independent perspective to help us make the challenging decision. I could not have had a better and more helpful experience with Senior Care Authority. Throughout my Dad's growing Dementia/Alzheimer's and moving him into the right place was extremely stressful, painful and overwhelming for me. Marcy, with her caring, knowledge, expertise and willingness to help made all the difference. She supported me in every way with her loving advice and guidance. Many, many times when I was just too overwhelmed to function and take the next step, she would step in and handle the situation for me. Senior Care Authority made a very difficult and stressful time in my life, into one of productivity and peace and even joy. I could not have done it without them! They made what was quickly becoming a very difficult time for my father, into a peaceful and calm and loving experience. I'll always be thankful!

Marcy was such a "rock" for me when I had to transition my elder aunt to a skilled nursing facility. Senior Care Authority found several homes for us to tour which were within our budget. Marcy also helped negotiate rent for an assisted living facility in Rhonert Park for my other aunt. This was a very stressful time and I could not have done all of this without her help. The services she provides are invaluable and she really cares about her clients.

My brother had been caring for his bed ridden wife for the last 10 years. He was no longer able to care for her because of his own health issues. He asked for my help. Unfortunately I do not live in the same area as him. We were referred to Marcy Baskin at at Senior Care Authority. What a relief! She is a "breath of fresh air". She did all the leg work and relieved us from all the stress. She kept us informed through the entire process. She continues to stay in touch with my brother as well as me. In a matter of a few days, an appropriate facility was located for my sister-in-law, and the move was made. Marcy is amazing. She is such a pleasant person to work with. I highly recommend her service.
