I live in a studio apt, and pay 960$ I cannot aford to pay that much, but I do not have transportation to move. I wish they would lower the rent.

This is the worst place to put your elderly loved ones. If I could give no stars I would. The companies this place employees (tow guys & maintenance) are rude and very inconsiderate. Two guys Ya Que are scammers. This place has just got worse than it was 10 years ago. My mom's friend died because of things they left in her apartment that were not supposed to be in the apartment to begin with. And I just quit being a dear sweetheart's caregiver because they wanna scam on hard working folks in this poor establishment.

This place does not deserve any stars. This place is supposed to be for seniors and with that demographic they at times need care to go to their homes. There is never any parking and if you park with permission or even areas that are painted colors(which apparently have time limits) they have people trolling around on golf carts looking to see who their next tow victim is like its a commission based business getting extra money from people who are trying to provide care. The towing company staff is very rude and unaccommodating and making people wait hours to pick up their cars. Also giving the wrong address to the tow yard on purpose to further irritate regular working people.

If you need to drive in here do not leave your car unattended. It will be towed. The towing company they work with is scamming people once cars are towed. Better off skipping this place all together.

It's a nice place great price for seniors. But unfortunately my apartment was robbed. But I have no where else to live per my income. So I pray it doesn't happen again.Now we have security driving around apartments ..complex. Ty

This is the worst place ever. They have maintenance guys who threaten guests tows cars threaten to use bullets to end the guests life evicts tenants when they were no way involved and it was the maintenance men who caused the issues they administration is all aware but sweeps it under the rug. moved out completely clean move in ready it's been 4 months and we're still waiting for the deposit back. Like the rest of the reviews that whole place is a scam and is not safe at all. Not clean it was dirty when we moved in and spotless when we moved out it's excuse after excuse after excuse on why we haven't received the deposit back. They are money hungry they move people in as fast as they kick them out the more people in the apts the more money they collect. DON'T LIVE HERE

Beautiful place. I hope I can get an apartment there. My Dad lives there and I want to be close to him. The office people are so nice. The grounds look so clean.
I like that I can walk my dog.
