I had a review with representative Lakesha. She was very polite, kind and knowledgeable with our interview. When asked to give a review I immediately said yes. Listening to the promp I got NO FURTHER than the FIRST PROMPT. Asking if I speak English press ONE! I repeated the prompt several times but operator keep say I didn’t get your response. Bottom line, when you want to give a good review the phone app doesn’t work. ? Anyway, thumbs up for Lakeshia! Ruth

Since the beginning of September they have given my mom all these excuses that always doctor had not filed something wrong. This place has failed my mother. She lives on her own and needs someone to help her or this place needs to help her get an assistant living. Always an excuse I need to know who I need to talk to get this settled. I have received papers from the doctor and everything is filed out not sure where the disconnect is or just refer us to someone who really does care for seniors. This is so sad and stressful ?.

Trying to get help for my mom- my Dad just died and he was her caregiver. Everyone I call says I have to go through the intake appointment before I can get services. The person who took my initial call was nice. The interviewer was kind. I can't give high ratings because I am still left with no clue after I completed the appointment. I asked what to do now and I was told to wait for a letter by the end of next month. I don't have that long. Have to go to work and there is nowhere to take her.

This organization is a complete joke. My father is being treated for cancer and they want to put him on a wait list for services. This organization needs to be be evaluated by the IRS. They are not transparent!

Best kept secret. This agency is a gem. Provides needed resources for the aging and disabled and their caregivers. Free health and wellness classes to better manage chronic conditions and improve health those 60 and over.
