Kristi took amazing care of my dad! The way she worked with him, was almost as if she was taking care of her own parent. This company sent someone out to my 82 year old mom’s house that was homeless with holes in her shirt and what appears to be BM stains. The so called aide showed my mom pictures of someone neck that split open. She kept asking my mom when was my sister coming back and asking my mom when was she coming back home after her dr. Appointment . She made my mom really uncomfortable. I tried to call them and see if they can help us. When they called me back
Candace Shamblin was very very rude to me and my mom. She kept getting smart with me and refused to give me her last name. I had to find it on the website. This company doesn’t even deserve one star with the service that they offer. Very awful!!!

This company has provided such amazing service for its client base. The level of attention for every client and employee is top notch! As an employee, I hold my coworkers accountable and ensure that all my clients are happy and healthy how they want. Christine and Candace went out of their way to get help set up for my grandmother as quickly as possible. Contacted them on a Sunday, and they both came to meet and assess my grandmother the next day. Candace re-arranged her sitters schedule in order to find the perfect person to sit with my grandmother. They took time to listen to her and find out what she is interested in to assign the perfect sitter for her. We are so grateful for the quick help and the friendly faces. Our family, without a doubt, recommends this company to anyone looking for assistant.
