Sarah Hyde-Williams was such a help to our family when we were looking for senior living options for our father. We talked to couple of places ourselves, but really didn’t know what questions to ask and what all the options were. She first met with us online to talk about our dad’s needs and our expectations, preferences, price points, locations, etc.

She then recommended several locations that she thought were good and would work well. She accompanied us on a couple of the visits and arranged meetings with the right people at a couple of others. Then she followed up to help us with our final choice. It was a great relief to have someone guide us along the way.

Sarah has worked with seniors over many years which was evident in watching the thoughtful way she interacted with other residents we encountered on our visits.

Once our father got situated in his new home, Sarah made a point to visit him there and check on things.

Sarah at Senior Living Advisors of Austin patiently walked me through so many options and helped me understand what each offered. She visited each facility with me and when we found the right one, we both knew it was THE ONE. She immediately went to work not just advocating for my mom's care, but also making sure we got the best deal, too. Having her there made a super stressful situation so much easier. I can't imagine trying to navigate such an important decision without her. This isn't a job to Sarah, it's her passion and that's what makes her so great. She anticipates needs because she's walked through this with other families so many times and she's just GOOD at what she does.
