Kenny was an amazing advocate to have for support. We had no idea what we were doing, he guided us through the laborious process of finding the right assisted living facility for my mother-in-law. We was patient with us, empathetic, and hard working. I believe he lined up over 12 places for us to see. Incredible and hard working. Taking care of loved ones when they can no longer take care of themselves has been a heartbreaking process for me, but Kenny at Senior Living Advocates has shouldered much of the burden. His process started by understanding what I wanted and needed for a close friend who suffered a stroke, then did research to find the right facility that my buddy could afford. We toured the facilities together and Kenny would even check the fridge in the kitchen to ensure meals were nutritious. Then he would negotiate the best deal possible. Kenny is always available if something comes up and his services are free. I will use him when it’s time for my wife and I to find a retirement home.

Kenny Ossen provided great service in a time of urgent need after our 96 year-old mother’s assisted living facility announced that it was closing its doors. He listened to our concerns and priorities for our mom’s new placement, made helpful recommendations about what factors to consider, and accompanied us on facility tours where he was a skilled and informative guide.
