From measuring up on the Friday to having the stairlift fitted on the Monday, Jordan and Karl were excellent. They were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I would certainly recommend Senior Stairlifts. There was no hard sell and I was pleasantly surprised by the cost.

Karl did a very professional job fitting the stairlift. He was on time and very friendly. He left the stairwell clean and tidy and cleaned the chair of all marks made whilst fitting chair. a first rate job from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who asks.

Our thanks to Senior Stairlifts for outstanding service. We phoned at 9:30am to say that our stair lift had stopped working, and by 6pm service agent Carl had diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He was very prompt and let us know almost to the minute when he would arrive. We were delighted with the service we received.

Really pleased with the service from Senior Stairlifts. Having been let down by another company in an emergency situation - we were so grateful to Susan (Hobbs) for arranging a super quick response to remove and replace an existing broken stairlift. AWESOME!! Darren was an absolute star! He came to survey the stairs the same day I called and came back the next day with the lift, working into the evening both days...24 hours from initial call to finished install, amazing, best service we've ever had from any company. Kieran (who answered the phone call) was just as nice, and between them they took such good care of us. We're very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and speed...can't thank them enough. If you need a stairlift, especially on short notice, call them...you won't be sorry.
