I cannot say enough great things about the staff and level of care provided by Senior Support Care. They have been an invaluable source of support for our parents and of great comfort and kindness to our family. The caregivers are lovely and empathetic and clearly are knowledgeable and skilled and management are communicative, responsive and always helpful and flexible. I trust them and am so grateful for all their help and would recommend them to anyone looking for care for themselves or their own family.

Dear Spencer and Mikaela,
Senior Support Care helped us fulfill our vision of supporting my mom, Shirley, in living with dementia at home, surrounded by family and caregivers. Spencer and Mikaela were truly angels, stepping in just when we needed immediate support and embracing the challenge with compassion and dedication.

Shirley cherished her independence, though mixed dementia made it difficult. She constantly challenged us to keep her in her home and community, even as we adapted to each new stage of her journey. With the wonderful support from Senior Support Care and the Salvation Army Adult Day Program, we were able to honour her wishes and provide a nurturing environment through her years with dementia.

Over our eight-year journey, we relied on Senior Support Care’s incredible team and the companionship Shirley enjoyed at the Salvation Army Adult Day Program. We are so grateful for the care, love, and respect from everyone involved. Even in her final days, Senior Support Care was there with visits, flowers, smiles, and so much kindness.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making this journey easier and allowing Shirley to live with dignity and joy.

We cannot speak highly enough of Mikaela, Spencer and all of the caregivers who have worked with our Mother. We met Mikaela at a time when our family very quickly needed help and we were facing some quick and difficult transitions. Mikaela impressed us from the minute we met her. She was kind, sensitive and worked hard with her team to put together a plan that took into account all of our needs. She is constantly checking in and always responds. The caregivers are incredible and so well matched to our Mother's energetic and bubbly personality which is very important. We feel grateful that we found Mikaela (who was highly recommended to us) and would not hesitate to let anyone know how how highly we think of Senior Support Care, Mikaela and our group of caregivers!
