What a special and wonderful place, and that’s in no small part to Rachel’s personal attentiveness and her guidance and oversight of her wonderful staff. They try their best every day to meet my mom’s needs, whatever they might be. Day or night. 24/7.

The caring and thoughtful staff members are always willing to do whatever they can to help the residents, get to know them, and meet their needs. Senior Care Homes has surpassed our expectations. After living in assisted living for two years , we felt my mom needed a smaller, calmer space and more personalized care. The Nantucket house and staff provide exceptional care meeting her personal and medical needs in a fun, home like atmosphere. They truly celebrate Birthdays, Holidays and everyday moments in ways that are unique to the personality of each resident. It feels like an extension of home. There is always something going on and our family loves the freedom to come and go and join in on the activities with her and other residents/families. Senior Care Homes is definitely a hidden treasure as far as the aging/ memory care community that we feel blessed to be a part of.

I can’t say enough good things about Senior Care Homes. My mom was lucky enough to be in the Vineyard house for the 2 1/2 years before she passed a couple months ago. I never had to worry about her care there and the staff became like family as I still go visit them when I can as well as the residents that are there. The care team truly care about their residents and take great care of them. The office staff are as equally great and I would recommend Senior Care Homes to anyone looking for a place for a loved one who has Alzheimer’s or Dementia.

I have only wonderful things to say about the personal, loving care my Mom —and we as a family — received from SeniorCare. Caregivers, nursing staff, management—all always had Mom’s needs and care foremost in their minds and actions. We experienced real patient-centered care, not the task-centered care we saw from a larger assisted living facility. The small size and consistent staff allowed Mom to see her caregivers as daily friends, not staff. I have much love and respect and gratitude for the whole staff and team that watched over my Mom in her final months.

I have had the pleasure of visiting five of the SeniorCare Residential Homes and found each of them very impressive. The first thing I noticed was that each of the homes is staffed with friendly, experienced and professional staff that keep the homes exceptionally clean. The residents were all dressed well as if they were in their own upscale home and each home felt like I was visiting my grandparents in their own home with the other residents more like friends that happened to be there instead of other residents. I would feel comfortable with any of my own family members living in any of these homes knowing that they would be well cared for.

After moving from assisted living at a large facility in need of better care, our parents moved to "The Vineyard House" with SeniorCare Homes. Their quality of life greatly improved for many reasons. The switch to a house in a residential neighborhood reminded them of their own cozy home they loved and missed enabling them, once again, to sit on their outdoor deck, while enjoying a meal or cup of coffee together.
The exceptional staff (with little turnover) cared for the residents with loving compassion and patience and were always welcoming to family and friends who dropped by to visit. There were always two or more caregivers present for at the most seven to nine residents, the home was always clean and immaculate, the aroma of home cooking, ever present.
Our parents have recently passed but we still visit weekly, the loving staff and residents who were such a gift and blessing to us.
Jerry Pullins, the founder along with Matthew White, have created an excellent model for senior care and quality of life in the residential home setting.
