I should have reviewed the reviews prior to using this company. I placed an order, was prompted to use “Route” for tracking. It was my first time ordering from this company. Have been trying to get an actual tracking number from them since my order was placed and the money was taken out of my account. I have emails multiple times but no response. I tried to open an account through their site but since that was done AFTER the order was placed my account states that I do not have any orders placed with them. There isn’t a tab to add the order number either. I am getting their promotional emails, but can’t seem to get a customer service response email. I called their number only for it to ring and ring. No one answers, no voicemail, nothing. Just an automated message that says they are experiencing technical difficulties then it hangs up. What a horrible way to run a business for the prices they charge! It’s just base pads but still! Communication is key to operating a successful business. Answer the emails and phone calls from your customers! The way this is, I would say this company is a SCAM COMPANY and I will never order anything from them again. Based in California probably has a lot to do with it.

My advice to anyone thinking about ordering from them: (1) Don’t do it, find another company. (2) if you’re set on ordering, set up an account first, be prepared to give their “Route” access you your Amazon account with your Amazon account password, your Email with your email password. Not a Route password, your actual personal email password and accounts passwords. Good luck getting even the simplest of orders actually delivered to you!

Wow, received my items pretty quick let alone after all the stuff that happened. I suggest you guys give them a call. Emails are probably really backed up. That’s how I got a hold of my great customer service person who helped me out and I wouldn’t hesitate to do more business with them at all.!!!

Buyer beware! I ordered a Pit Viper Jan 19, 2024. It's Jan 2025 and they've stopped responding to my multiple emails and my phone calls just ring and ring... Are they even still in business? The website said 6-8 months, but we're in month 12 and they are ghosting me. You'd think they would take care of customers better after spending $7000 on a gun. What they don't know is that I'm a retired licensed attorney and I need a new hobby. I might have found one with these guys. Buyer beware!!

I placed an order for a few parts. After several weeks and not receiving a shipping confirmation, I contacted customer service for information. The response I received was that my order was flagged and required confirmation of my shipping address. I was not notified of said flag in advance and when I asked why they didn’t attempt to contact me, their response was that sometimes an update is sent to the online account and sometimes it isn’t. However I didn’t request an account. I just wanted to order a few parts. Additionally the address I provided and my billing address are the same. The lack of transparency, with at least this transaction, is less than desirable.

So I sent in my Glock 19 to get the carry package. Initial impressions are great. Stippling is unbelievable and the cool factor is through the roof. Time will tell how it holds up as I’ve only got a few mags through. So mine took almost 72 weeks lol… and I had to chase them quite a bit. My same package is also like $600+ more than what I got it for. I think if you are sending in a gun here, you’re doing it because you have disposable income and don’t care if it takes over a year. Which was my situation. So I wouldn’t factor time into a “bad” review. You gotta know that going in. Because of JW movie etc. they just seem slammed. Anyway, other accessories I have bought from them have been great. If you have the money, buy a Glock, send it in, and forget about it. And it’ll be like Christmas morning when they call you.

So I got a combat master alpha. It was great for 2 months and then I started to notice that the groups were getting bigger and bigger. So bad that I eventually couldn’t hit a plate at 15 yards. This was caused by the comp coming loose. The comp was unable to be tightened so it needed to be replaced. I contacted the company multiple times and was denied service. One of the times I was told that they are too busy with production of the pit viper. After persistence they agreed for me to send my pistol in to be evaluated. I got a call back and was told that there was nothing wrong with the comp. Little did the know I am a gunsmith and I also sent supporting video of the loose comp. I had asked their gunsmith if he shot it. And he did not. After I told him to shoot it he called me back and agreed that it needed a comp and probably a barrel. It’s now been over 4 months they had my pistol and apparently it needs a new slide. This tells me that they probably tried to fit a new comp and wrecked my slide doing so. I was told it would take an additional 3 weeks. Well the 3 weeks have past and still no pistol. Just another excuse saying it was going to be another 2-3 weeks. The only reason I did not do the repair my self is because I wanted to keep the integrity of a 8k plus pistol. And I didn’t want to dish out another 700 bucks for a barrel and comp. Stay away from this company cause it’s nothing but headaches. If you want a great 2011 get an infinity. Or even a staccato.

Worked with Sam on countless orders and I am beyond happy. Top notch customer service and super fast response times/shipping. All the parts I’ve ordered have been great throughout the years and their stippling is the best I’ve seen. Highly recommend.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with for a specialized expensive product. I pre ordered a Pit Viper in March of 2024 with a delivery time of 6-8 months. First real gripe is they required a full upfront payment for the purchase, so almost $8,000 upfront to wait for 8 months. 8 months came and went, with calls to them almost every other week asking for updates. Every update "Oh we are about to get our next shipment in next week and it is all the Pit Vipers that are on order, you are on the priority list so we will have it out to you soon". This continued for the next 2 months until I requested a refund, to which I was told ok we can process that for you but it is a 10% cancellation fee. WHAT, you can't deliver a hand gun in the ridiculous amount of time you quoted, while you kept my money earning interest and you want to charge ME for the cancelling. This company should be shut down and is basically running a ponzi scheme with its customers. Pay me now for something you may never receive and I will use your money to deliver on things I sold a year ago and if you cancel, I will charge you $800 to give you back your money I have been earning interest and buying other stuff with.
