The experience for my love one was just outstanding! The facility atmosphere was family oriented, all hands on deck from top management on down. Daily three full course meals and snacks. Physical and Occupational therapy team very skillful. Medical/Nursing creates a nurturing environment. Highly recommend for family if needed.

I was recommended by my doctor to stay at this assisted living facility while recovering from surgery, and I must say, it was an excellent choice. The staff here is incredibly helpful, caring, and compassionate. They made sure I was comfortable and attended to all my needs promptly and with genuine concern.

The environment is clean and welcoming, which made my recovery process much more pleasant. The medical care and personal attention I received were top-notch, and I always felt like I was in good hands.

If I ever need to recover from another procedure, I would definitely come back here without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so positive!

I have a brother that is bed ridden. I buy him t-shirts to wear. ( atheast a dozen )With his name on them. Went to visit him today and he only had one he was wearing. I complained about it and no body seems to care. He can't keep buying t shirts for he doesn't have the money to keep buying.

Don’t come here looking for a job. I had an interview for the dietary aide position and the lady was 30min late I still waited and went along!!. Then I was told to come the next day by her to shadow a person took 2 hours of standing looking at the job thinking you’re spending your time getting this job. I was told to come AGAIN for a final interview guy was also around 20min late. I had experience for this job and everything took a total waste of 2-3weeks at this place for them to never even call me worst experience looking for a job ever. Even texted the lady asking for a follow up, she didn’t even have the heart to tell me about if I got it or not. Stop wasting peoples time.

taylor springs took AWFUL care of my grandmother. from bathing -> meds that needed to be given. absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure how these people go to sleep at night knowing the care these poor people are getting. Not to mention, one of the staff members told us that once they get into the memory unit - most of the staff no longer cares about them. DISGUSTING!!!! Don’t let these people fool you with the looks / things they tell you from the beginning
