Terraza Court Senior Living is an absolute blessing to our family. The Executive Director, Jasmine H., is warm and welcoming. Her genuine concern for all the residents was affirming in our decision to move our mother to Terraza Court. My mother is adjusting well after living in her home over 50 years.

My Brother & I have begun the search for assisted living options for our Mom. Jasmine Hezar (Director) has been great with explaining the process and allowing us to ask all the questions we have. We're encouraged by our few visits that Jasmine and her Staff treat the residents like family and will keep Mom safe & healthy. We look forward to touring Terraza with Mom in the next few weeks.

My mom's been in Terraza Court for 6 months and the staff has been exceptional in meeting her needs. THERE WERE A FEW BAD STAFF and hopefully they are gone. The new Director Ms Jasmin is making even a bigger impact on the facility and ensuring the place remains four or 5 star in my opinion. At this time I would not want my mom in any other center!!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I'd give negative five stars but that is not an option.
If you care about your loved one and they are in need of memory care, DO NOT bring them here. Case in point: my mother was. hospitalized for fear that she had ingested a detergent, which she had also spilled on herself. No one had an adequate explanation of how she got hold of the detergent. Why was the detergent accessible This list of complaints I have is a mile long and I've reported them on multiple occasions to the state. Even UCLA and Southern California Hospital have reported them on my behalf. Look elsewhere for your loved one.

Barbara has been great as we've had to transition my mother into assisted care. We had to move my mother from the Northeast after my father's passing. Barbara lent my mother a bedroom set until I could get her one. Also Greg at Terraza Court had his staff buy a TV, so my mother could have one in her room until I was able to provide one. I told him they didn't have to, but he said they would have use of the TV after my mother was done with it. My mother, with going into various hospital and rehab stays before her move out, was generally unhappy with the food at those places, always complaining, but at Terra Court honestly she hasn't complained once. And though they aren't supposed, except for a fee, they have brought my mother food in her room when she's too lazy to go to the dining area and haven't charged once. She hasn't been there long, but it is going better than I could have hoped thus far.

One of my most satisfying experiences has been getting to know how caring, loving and dedicated the staff of Memory Care department are. They incorporate compassion and understanding on a daily basis. Aside from adding a spark of beauty care amount the female residents like manicures, hair care day, make up treats, memory care staff have an excellent dedication for the male residents as well. From talking about news, movies, music and jokes bringing a sense of friendship and easy going for the male residents.
Overall, it is a great place to move your loved one in who needs a memory care.

Very lovely and inviting community. My family and I were very impressed with the recent upgrades to the facility while touring. Modern and new, the building still offers a warm and cozy feel, much like home. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

What a lovely place! Love the location, close proximity to everything. Staff seems wonderful, everyone was so friendly, especially Barbara. She was was so knowledgable and personable. She really took the time to get to know my parents and their desires. Highly recommend checking this building out.
