Tracey has been a tremendous help to our family. Because my husband requires a high level of care, finding a home for him is quite a challenge. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my husband had to be moved to a different facility within three days. Tracey worked with us and found a wonderful temporary placement for him until we could find a more permanent placement.

Everything about Tracy from start to finish, was amazing. We were looking for a facility that could take both my mother and father. My father needed a high level of care and assistance. My mother was his primary caregiver, but she was recently diagnosed with cancer, and we knew they were both going to need assistance at some point. Tracey did a great job of educating us on our various options. She set up several tours and we discussed what we liked and didn’t like about each facility. We ended up picking a board and care facility with two rooms available so mom could visit and stay over if she wanted to or she could go back to the house. She ended up liking it there so much that she chose to move in permanently. Tracy followed up throughout the move-in process to make sure we were happy and everything was running smoothly. After my mother passed, we needed Tracey’s help again finding facilities in San Diego. She found the perfect place. Dad’s primary request was he wanted to place that would serve steak every once in a while. The place she found, not only serves steak, but they even barbecue ribs, shrimp or burgers ever. Tracy Again followed up throughout the move-in process, and afterwards to make sure we were settled in and happy. Tracey goes above and beyond for her clients and I highly recommend her services.
