I needed assisted living respite care for my brother. The village not only welcomed him but also provided toiletries I forgot during our grab and go move. Furniture is provided in respite care which facilitated a quick move in. He has enjoyed the meals there and the room is perfect for his current lifestyle. If this visit goes well, he may agree to a more permanent stay in the future! The staff has been terrific dealing with a concerned sister and with my "hermit" brother.

My family evaluated three assisted care facilities for our mom. Just wanted to call out the great response and facilities of The Village. Mara and her team (including residents) were very gracious and friendly to my mom, and although she chose a different place because she has friends there, I still commend The Village.

I am exceptionally happy with the transition of getting my father into assisted living at The Village. We were able to begin the process over the weekend and he moved in on Monday. All staff were very helpful and kind. They thoroughly explained how the process works and simplified the experience for us. Dad is comfortable in his new room. The food is good and the staff continue to be attentive to his needs. My family recommends trusting your loved one with The Village.

Visited my grandpa here for the Thanksgiving luncheon they did. The place is so well kept every time I visit, and their events are always so great! They put in a lot of effort to make residents feel at home, and it’s really great how they involve families for events. Also the food was fantastic!

The community here is amazing and mom has had wonderful care. She was on hospice for over a year and improved so much she is being taken off hospice.
The nurses and aides have gone above and beyond. Activities are fun and engaging for the residents. I would highly recommend this senior community for independence as well as assisted living.

Sad update: we are looking to move my mother. The new management has destroyed the place. They have made so many cuts to programming. So many of the wonderful workers have left. So sad and disappointed.

My parents have lived at The Village for 2 years. They loved independent living but needed to move to assisted living as my father’s illness progressed. The care he received the last few months of his life could not have been better. They cared for not only my father, my mother and our entire family. They were there to help us through his final hours and helped us decide if my mother should move back to independent living. They aren’t just a senior living facility, they are family.
