My son and I were here about a month ago so he could get braids. I want to thank everyone there! They made us feel welcome and like part of the family. Wanda is such a sweet lady, and I don't know the stylist or the Barber's names but they made my son enjoy his time there. This place is has a great sense of community! If all places could be like this. Thank you to all at Wanda's

Just received quite literally the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. Perhaps the other barbers are good but avoid the old man there. He pushed my hairline back at least half a line and had it completely unsymmetrical. I asked him to fix it and he made it even worse.

Terrible business I came in there just too see how the business was because deciding whether or not if I should bring my son here for haircut.. and as I was walking out the lady miss Wanda asked why I was in there and she was so rude had no good customer service. Bad for business!!

Booked an appointment *from their website* for Sunday. Later got a text from the stylist saying that there would be an additional fee for Sundays/Mondays because those her off days. No where on the website did it say there would be an extra fee, plus the booking was literally open for that day. Seems a little ridiculous. Immediately cancelled my appointment.

Great service very friendly and Ms.Wanda is usually in the store if you should need anything. I came in during the pandemic noticed they were very precise about how they handled guests and making sure they followed protocol. Unfortunately my originally barber was not available but there was another gentleman willing to cut my hair. Never had to wait any exceeding long time which is always a plus for a barbershop.

hours need to be updated. i booked an appointment and even got an email saying it was confirmed, just for the store to be closed when i arrived. no one contacted me to tell me they were closed beforehand either. when i asked, i was simply told they were closed and wasn’t given even an apology for the inconvenience. i’m never coming back, the customer service is lacking.
